At heart I am an entrepreneur – it’s in my blood but more than anything I am fuelled by passion and passion is energy! Having worked with some of the leading international advertising & media agencies and in international sports marketing across Europe, in 1997 I launched my first company in that very dynamic and challenging sector. Since 2007 my entrepreneurial skills have been fully focused on the health, wellness and aesthetic industry with the launch of the first Pure venture, Pure Urban Retreat in Basel, Switzerland.
This fuelled my wish to launch Pure Swiss Aesthetics in the UK market, a country which has always been ‘home at heart’. Pure Swiss Aesthetics is a strong, women-led, premium quality service focused company that focuses on what we believe in, on what excites us. Along with my highly skilled team of experts, we bring you some of the most advanced, innovative solutions on the market today that can help you bring your own business to the next level.

Frank’s expertise is in business development and strategy, sales, brand management and product development. He has worked with leading Swiss laboratories and manufacturers where he was responsible for national and international distribution partner relationships. He has been involved in every phase of brand development – from product development to marketing – and his brands have received awards for quality and packaging design.

Sarah-Jayne Tipper

UK Co-Founder & UK Sales and Training Director

Sarah-Jayne is renowned to the medical aesthetics industry with over 20 years’ experience. Using this knowledge, she can offer her skills as an aesthetician and consultant to develop new treatments, training, technologies, and skincare. With a natural and infectious passion, she has an instinctive ability to know what clients need, and exactly what makes clinics successful. She remains at the forefront of new industry developments, and her exceptional levels of support provide the essentials for customer growth and retention.

Martha Stanley

BYONIK & SLIMYONIK Clinical Trainer & Sales Advisor

Martha is a qualified Senior Aesthetician and a proficient customer service and sales business professional. She has a huge passion for lasers and is meticulous about ‘all things skin’. She has a number of years of hands-on experience with the BYONIK, a device she truly believes in and loves, for its truly unrivalled and remarkable results.

With over 15 years’ experience in both Ireland and New Zealand, Andrea has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to advanced skin care and cutting-edge technology. Annie has extensive administrational and management experience together with a strong financial background.  Her approachable and friendly demeanour make her an expert at liaising with clients, internal departments and external suppliers.  Annie oversees customer service and sales support ensuring smooth operations for our UK team and customers.

Rebecca has a strong all round administration background, including sales and account roles, along with over 11 years concentrated experience within the Private Healthcare sector. Early in her career, she has opted to professionally specialise in customer services, a move that is naturally supported by her helpful and friendly demeanour. Rebecca is an ideal asset to assist all our customers, suppliers and our UK team in all sales and customer matters.
